Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 7 Days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
Regarding the product that needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages and then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.
100% Refund/Replacement:
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc., we are providing 5 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, then you will find an option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue an RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Changing or Canceling An Order:
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by a customer. (It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order is canceled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. Return Guidelines:
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by a customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the Number, which you have to mention clearly on the Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
